Wooden Bora Bead, carved from Ziricote wood (Cordinia dodecandra), by Andrea Rhodenborgh. Ziricote is a rare tropical hardwood prized for its dramatic grain patterns, featuring rich contrasts of deep browns, blacks, and golden tones. It is native to Central America and valued for its exceptional density, durability, and natural luster, making it a favored material for fine craftsmanship and heirloom-quality pieces
Measuring 12.3x12.8mm.
The Bora Bead is a carved accent made from solid gemstones, exclusive wood types or precious metals. Shaped into a soft four-petaled bloom, each one is cut by hand and finished with a generous drill opening, making it easy to wear in many different ways: slipped onto a gold chain, stacked among charms, added to a locket, dangling on earring hoops or used as a small, colorful spacer. It brings a touch of light, texture, and play to a stack, while still feeling refined and natural. Sold individually, each bead is unique, and meant to be collected.
