All items are listed with their own production times, which vary per sort. All our items are hand-made and all stones custom-sourced. In every case, we prefer to deliver the highest quality over speed of delivery. You may contact us at any time for an update about your order. 

For orders within European Union all import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. 

For all orders outside European Union the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
So once the order arrives at its destination, the customer will be required to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. Rosa de Weerd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Rosa de Weerd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
